A preliminary contact initiated by the program’s management to students who portray extraordinary achievements after completing their first or second semester in one of the department’s study programs- A preliminary selection process based on grades in the courses taken so far
- A personal questionnaire
- Psychological and group dynamic tests examining leadership and interpersonal skills
- A personal interview
